Biography

Tatiek Nurhayati is a Professor in Management Science and a senior researcher at the Dept. of Management, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Islam Sultan Agung (UNISSULA) Semarang, Indonesia.

She was born in Trenggalek, 1949 and started her career in 1987 as a lecturer and researcher at the Faculty. She got her B.Sc from Universitas Diponegoro in 1971 and S.E from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Islam Sultan Agung (UNISSULA), Indonesia. She continued her Master degree (graduated in 1996 with the best graduate) and   Doctoral Degree (graduated in 2009) in Universitas Diponegoro, Indonesia. After one year graduated, she was legitimated as Professor in Management Strategy in 2010.

In her career, Tatiek Nurhayati has been trusted to be a Dean of Faculty of Economics in 1997-2001 and also as Vice Rector for Planning, Finance and Human Resources Development in 2001-2005.

Tatiek Nurhayati has published some articles, proceedings, and books at reputable outlets both nationally and internationally. Her teaching interest and research area are in Strategic Management, Marketing Management, Organizational Behavior, Basic Theory of Financial Management.
