DESCRIPTION:The 4th International Workshop on Knowledge Creation and Innovation in Digital World 2022 \nWorkshop Scope :  \nThe era of knowledge information is growing rapidly after pandemic that attacks all over the world. Information goes without direction and it is necessary for every business environmental conditions and human resource conditions within the organization. 4th IKIDW 2022 aims to address contemporary issues in managing knowledge\, human values and other intangible assets in digital era with the help of IT applications especially in the digital after pandemic era. The digital era contributes to the amount of knowledge available in various qualities. This is  a challenge for business people get decision making in pandemic era. It also uses The Internet of Things (IoT) enabling objects such as mobile phones to communicate with others as well as human beings to work out solutions. Digital era is changing the way of knowledge such as knowledge acquisitions\, knowledge sharing and knowledge infrastructure.
